Happy Monday!
The Real Estate search can often be tiring and well somewhat frustrating. I would like to share with you the my words of encouragement to lift you through the paper work, signatures and time you feel you are pouring into buying or selling. I began remodeling my home last year and since then it has been a never ending project. There is always something to be improved or added, but the time we spend sharing it with our friends and family makes it all worth it. You make a house your home and you welcome others to join in your enjoyment. So have an end of summer BBQ or a simple get together and share your home with others. The memories created and shared are worth it!

A few of my colleges and I agreed several months ago that a blog regarding our in-house listings that are priced well within the market should be advertised on a weekly basis. I am going to try and keep you posted on these deals through my blog as well. Please share your comments or feedback below. I look forward to hearing from you.

The Skinny on Loan Modifications
This is a great article that helped me to understand the current market. Here I am surrounded by potential properties for my clients and they are being put into HOLD DO NOT SHOW status in the MLS. The owners are attempting to get a loan mod and don't wish to entertain offers. Let me know if you are seeing the same scenarios or anything related, I am happy to hear more and learn more!
